Congrats Pete! Tomorrow I start training a 57 yo guy that had knee replacement 8 weeks ago, just 1on1 sessions for now, hopefully he'll be able to join the normal classes soon, so i've been reading this thread and other similar ones to have a better idea of what kind of realistic goals i can give my client, and you guys have been very helpful!
