sweet! strong work!

if you're busting out sets of OH squats with 95 lbs. you can easily start going up in weight. i used to think that my OH was pretty weak until i went to a facility where i could drop the weight. found out that i can actually OH more than my bodyweight. now that i am back at a "commercial" gym i have to be careful and consciously about not dumping weights. it has become a bit of a habit! congratualtions again!
