Slackin' on the old log again.
Here's what I've been doing...

Mixing in some wods, strenght and gymnastics stuff just to get back into it.

Tried a gymnastics workout of 21-15-9
Strict pull-ups
HSPU

Only made it through 11 HSPU on round 1. Still no strength.

Did a 4x500m row
2 mins rest between rounds

100 Hand release burpees jumping to a 10lb bumper

I've also been continuing with my running and the occasional track workout. Did 10x100m last time.

Snatched yesterday.

Just up to 75x3. Working on form only.
