10 Power Snatch (135#)

20 Burpees


Did a extra round after

Plan on doing a 2000m Row at 7:30p

Since I graduated last week I will try to do a heavy metcon and a light metcon each day now and hopefully I can do 3 days on 1 day off consistently.
