Hi all. I tried the false grip in order to do a bar muscle up and could not do one pullup. with a normal grip I can do over twenty. Are my forearm flexors that weak or is there something else to it? I put the bar over the wrist crease and flexed my wrists so that my finger tips touched the bar. Any suggestions?
