Sorry, I keep forgetting to post. It's been pretty stressful with school recently too.

Smolov Squat: 4 sets of 9 at 150Lbs. Feeling awesome about these. I'm pretty stoked that I made it through the 20Lb weight gain week and now I'm in the home stretch. Super excited to finish up and try out a new max.

HSPU: 25 Banded with Green+Blue

WOD 1:


First time going for 75lbs pretty good with this time.

3:51. I'm going to try and get this under 3 and then go up to 85. Keep progressing it that way.

WOD 2:


OH Lunges with Plate (45/35)
