Skipped last week. It was a deload week but I've only been doing t 1.5 weeks and my total numbers from sat were weak so I'm caught up now.

Squat 3X5 +5# = 237
Press 3X5 = 108 (too easy, will jump 5# next time)

This ain't right

Complete 10 rounds:

5 DB Thrusters 50 lbs
Sprint 15 yards

Rest 15 seconds between rounds

brutal wod but i'm loving the heavier weights
