thanks for making me feel like crap! :uhoh:("it's supposed to be easier on the pull-up bar!) hah! since i'm a climber, i'm thinking this is similar to something we call a mantle.

i've been trying to do it with my lower body rigid and no movement. is it acceptable to be kicking and flailing to do it?

thanks again for the advice! i'll give it a try again today!
