It also doesn't take into account different people's starting point. Some freaks of nature walk into a gym for the first time at 16-17 and bench 350, or some crazy stuff like that. I've heard and seen of guys who are like that, and not just for bench. FIRST time ever touching a barbell and they are cranking out some serious iron.
BUT they are technically still beginners.
