Re: anyone whole30 while very active?
I don't see the difference in mixing spinach, fruit and other veggies with coconut milk in my vitamix than sitting down and eating them on a plate. I like them cold and I can mix and get in the car a go with my kids who are insanely busy.
I am doing well on my whole30. I feel good and leaner under my ribs where I was constantly bloated. My fats have increased significantly--is there a ratio of protein/carb/fat I should be shooting for?
I started the intro classes at my crossfit and it is good-I am sore and not very good at anything but I am still feeling good to run. I am just going to do 2 days a week during relay season then go more starting in november.
