Re: anyone whole30 while very active?
I did a Whole30 while doing CrossFit (actually only about 4 days/week) and I ended up with adrenal fatigue. If you do it, make sure you eat lots of carbs. However, I WAS eating good PWO nutrition so I don't know what the heck happened there.
I don't believe smoothies at all are allowed on whole30. am I wrong? Drinking your calories isn't a good idea, in a general.
