Cold and rainy here, which means one thing in my house....

CHILI!

2 lbs ground turkey
2 bell peppers, cut into bite sized pieces
1 onion, cut into tiny pieces
1 16 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
1 8 oz can of tomato paste
2 tablespoons cumin
1 tablespoon oregano
3.5 tablespoons dark chili powder
Red Pepper flakes (to taste)
1/5 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper

Throw olive oil in a pan with the onions, let them hang out until the onions are clear. Toss in the meat, cook until you don't see anymore pink. Drain the meat and put into the crock pot. Combine everything else into the crock pot, stir until well combined. Cook on low for 7 hours.

EAT.
