I try and keep it strict on the paleo approach
Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 1 cup berries, 1 apple, 1 Tbsp. fish oil; multi-vitamins
Meal 2: 3 oz. Grassfed beef or chicken, 3 cups steamed veg., 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Meal 3: Egg protein powder, 1 cup blueberries, 1 Tbsp. fish oil mixed as a shake
Meal 4: Lean protein of some kind, steamed veg. olive oil
Meal 5: Protein powder mixed in water, walnuts, dried apricots.
