Breakfast (5 blocks): 6 large egg whites + 1/2 cup southwestern egg beaters, 2 plums (2 blocks), grapes (1 block), strawberries (1 1/2 blocks), 1/2 lb of broccoli (1/2 block), olive oil

Mid-day meal #1 (4 blocks): turkey, 1/2 lb green beans (1 block), peach (1 block), grapes (2 blocks), almonds

Mid-day meal #2 (5 blocks): turkey, 1/2 lb green beans (1 block), apple (2 blocks), grapes (1 block), 1/4 lb carrots (1 block), almonds

Dinner (4 blocks): beef, spinach (~0 blocks), tomato (1/2 block), 1/2 lb broccoli (1/2 block), beer (3 blocks), olive oil, oil and vinegar dressing
