Notes:
Failed on my 1st attempt at 100lbs. Probably b/c I was only resting 1-1:30mins between sets. I rested 3-5 minutes before the last attempt. I'll post a video of me push pressing a 100lb dumbell or heavier. Just so everyone knows I'm not BSing. I'm happy about that 200lbs overhead has been a goal for a while. I had trouble getting the dumbell to my shoulder so I reflexively grabbed it with my left hand, maybe injuring it further again.

I also have a slight hip injury from stretching a little too far.

Bodyweight is 156lbs with 12.5% bodyfat according to the scale. I've lost about 9 pounds but have gained strength.

I'll be tossing martial arts back into the mix after my injuries heal.
