Open gym

Step back lunges
3 x 10 - 45# - Alternating legs, of course. Need to work on lateral strength...will be doing these pretty often.

Over head squat 5-5-5
Loads: 95#-125-145 - could have gone heavier, need to give myself more credit!

Front squat 3-3-3-3
Loads: 185#-205-215-235 - light, see above.

Back squat 5-5-3-3-1
Loads: 245#-255-275-295-325 - this was good. Starting to rediscover my comfort zone under heavier weights.

Hanging squat cleans 3-3-3-3
Loads: 155#-185-185-205 - last couple of sets felt heavy, but only because I had been at it for almost two hours by now. Feeling the heavy stuff!
