I didn't have any school today so I spent from 8-7 at the Box. Got to help out with classes and stuff too. Lots more PR's! I'm a little disappointed with the OH Squats though, I can do way more, but I cant get it overhead. Gotta work on that.

Practice:

Push Press: Work up to a heavy Single (110lbs, 5lb PR), then 5 sets of 5 at 95lbs

KB Swings (53lb): 100 in sets of 10, 2 sets of 15.

Power Clean: 10 sets of 3 at 115lbs

Power Snatch: Work up to a heavy Single (80lbs, 5lb PR), then 5 sets of 3 at 75lbs

OH Squat: Work up to a heavy Single (95lbs, 10lb PR), then 5 sets of 3 at 85lbs

30 minutes of HSPU Practice

30 minutes of Double Under Practice


WOD:

12 Minute AMRAP

5 Deadlifts (225/165)
10 Pull-Ups

7 Rounds + 6 Reps Scaled to 175lb Deadlift
