The Date today is pretty cool... It poured rain today so our matches for School were cancelled. Set another PR Today.

Strength:

Ring Push-Ups: 100 in Sets of 10

Horizontal Ring Rows: 50 in sets of 10

Front Squat: 5 sets of 5 Reps at 105lbs, felt good after that so I decided to work up to a heavy single. Got to 145lbs which is a 10lb PR. I think I could've gone heavier but I wanted to keep my form tight.


WOD:

5 Rounds for Time:

15 KB Snatches (53/36)
1 Stair run in our building

6:33 with a 36lb KB

No school tomorrow, lots of fun at the gym!
