gaining strength

my metcons are good but im interested in gaining more strength on all my lifts. so far ive just been throwing in random strength sessions on the different lifts.

ive looked at starting strength by rippletoe, but i want to get my strenght up on more Oly lifts and things like thrusters. any advice on where to look for a program?? thanks.
