Thanks guys. Sounds like I don't need to buy it.

Scott: You're right. The basic idea is to eat Paleo foods for all but a couple of stages. Some Neolithic foods are allowed pre- and post-workout. For example, it's ok to eat starchy carbs right after a workout because they'll supposedly really help with recovery. They also are ok with protein powder and sports drinks at certain times.
