So hadn't done a metcon since September, still signed up for the open...
Ended up doing better than I expected and didn't get hurt.
Didn't get to HSPU on 17.4 and still can't do a dang bar muscle up but, all in all, very happy.
Back to my regularly scheduled stretching. Mobility is much better since I started. Plan on keeping it up for a minimum of a year.
