The big thing is that you're trying to jump before you've finished your pull. Keep your feet glued to the ground and think "stand up" until the bar is in your hips. Feel free to jump from there.
I also think you're starting hips a little high and pulling from the ground with your back more than your legs.
Also just in terms of learning the lifts effectively, I wouldn't wear straps for the full lifts as a beginner.
