Finished the Quick and Classic cycle from Catalyst Athletics. The final day of maxes I had a great C&J at 212.5 and a not so great snatch at 145.
Started the Basic Rep Cycle yesterday with Snatching, Snatch pull and Pause Back squats.
I recorded all my snatching, I'm hoping to capture as much of my lifting for my own purposes as well as getting input from others.
Not terribly happy with my snatching in this video, felt all over the place.
