I've noticed that the heads of my legs, the area right above my knee's seems to be on the weaker side. when i squat this area becomes very tight and pumped. Also my hip flexors seem to be another weak area.
What exercises could i do to specifically strengthen these areas? Conventional Dl's seem to get my quad heads however i havent been able to do them for awhile due to an injury. hip flexors have always been a problem. Step-up box squats maybe?
