Here's my supplement regime if you could call it that. Its secondary to what others have mentioned above meaning dialed in Zone/Paleo in a 9 hour IF timeframe, as much sleep as I can possibly get, consistent workouts.
1)Trader Joe's SuperCrusade Multi-Vitamins
2)Twinlabs's Multi-Mineral Caps
3)Carlson's Fish Oil-approx. 5gms daily
4)Egg white protein powder(only when I really need a quick meal)
I recently ordered some coconut oil and will add that to the fat intake.
I view the supplements as a way to ensure that the bases are covered if only in my imagination. This is working well for me.
