MONDAY 140310

Warm up:
CFWU x 2

Workout:

Press Work up to heavy set of 5 (140#)

Then:
5x5 Burpee/Pull-up (Chest-To-Bar)

Then:
30sec KB Swing (45#)
2:00 minute Rest
Ten Rounds
Do 5 Burpee/Pull-up during each "Rest" period

Cool Down:
Breath
