Hey everyone. I'm new to the board and very eager to start the program. What I'm not certain about is the rest periods between sets. For example when the WOD stated,

For twenty minutes,
-7 double under rope jumps
-7 pushups
-7 pullups

Does that mean that you preform all three exersizes back to back as one large set with no rest in between? After that a little rest and on to the next "superset"?

Same when the WOD states,

For three rounds,
-run 400m
-12 pullups
-25KB swings

Only some rest when you have completed all three exersizes?

Am I correct?
