Sore traps after doing Barbara...
I did the WOD yesterday, doing cleans for the first time in my life. I warmed up doing them with no weight and tried to get the movement down, and even when I did the wod I used very light weight (because im sure my form wasn't very good and it was pretty hard to use more.) I don't have video of it or anything, but maybe just the fact that my traps are pretty sore today could indicate what I was doing wrong...any ideas? If not, disregard this.
