WOD 4/10/09 CrossFit total

Yesterday was a "Rest Day" on shift

Today the WOD was "CrossFit Total".

1 Rep Max:

Back Squat 1X 355
Shoulder Press 1X 175
Deadlift 1X 315

Started with a good warm up, concentrated on Pushups, Sit ups, and Pull ups as well as stretching out my lower back.

Todays CFT # was 845, an improvement of +55 from last time. Biggest jump was in Deadlifts, but shoulder presses also came up 20 lbs, due mostly to confidence I think.

Happy with the improvement, gotta keep it up and continue to improve.

I'll try to get in some running later, but we'll see.
