In March I finally
learned to do double unders. About a month ago I experienced soreness in the achilles after doing a large quantity of them in a WOD. So I laid off of them for a few weeks and iced the area along with stretches. Monday I did a few rounds of DUs and here I am back at square one.
I've been a runner for many years and haven't ever experienced problem with my achilles. I'm very frustrated
