Block jumps (which are your box jumps). We do have a few variants. One where stop point is on top of the box, and you drop down and bounce off the floor back to the box. This should only be done on a rebounding surface (not pavement). The other is where the stop point is on the floor. This is basically the normal box jumps.
We also work bounding over objects. Like we'll set up panel mats in a line like railroad ties. Bounce over them then throw a front tuck at the end.
We'll do similar drills on the hands. Kick to handstand block uphill onto a panel mat. Things like that.
A good portion of skill development work is plyometric drills as it is.
