I liked to it. When fat loss was a goal it was pretty handy. Training under it kinda sucked though I founded caffeine and whey pre workout went a long way. It wasn't BCAA but Whey is pretty close though it technically has around 100+ calories and a few carbs.
I did like that it retaught me that I could for extended periods without having to eat. I've always kind of done that on Sundays generally eating lightly one meal and a light snack but it was interesting on a consistent basis.
