Tonight made me realize that I need to add back squats to my workouts.

Tonight's loads:
225 - no problem
315 - no problem
405 - failed attempt- lifted off really good but about 5 inches down on the decent I know it wasn't gonna happen.
385 - only half way
365 - two good reps.

my hip flexors are still sore for all the flutter kicks and hello dollys on Sunday.
