Just weighed myself yesterday because of the required form for the CrossFit Central Challenge - CrossFit Total. I am down to 115# - didn't want to because I'm trying to bulk up my muscles. It was at 4pm so maybe dehydration. That would put me in the 52kg category; don't know if that's necessarily a good thing.

Push Ups 20-20-10-10-10-7-3-5-5-5-5
Sit Ups anchored ankle & abmat 50-50
This WOD would have been excruciatingly difficult if I knew how to kip and did them instead. Push Ups with head up was extremely challenging as fatigue set in. Kippers have my utmost respect.
Originally set up Rings to practice more dips but after Angie I'm calling it quits. Have to walk home and cook lunch for family :stir:
