Quick squat today. Worked up to 5x215. Back wasn't 100% because of deadlift yesterday so I ended it there. Playing it safe. I hadn't done 5s in a while, so it was good just to get some reps in.
Annie... yikes. Not fun... My PR and previous time were 8:15. That was maybe 2 months ago. Today was 12:06. Serious drop there. First set of DUs was horrible. I had a couple good stretches, but a lot of 2s and 3s. Looks like a took a flogging on my chest, too. Nasty stuff. Situps were just plain hard, too.
Oh well, when you fall, you just have to get back up and keep going.
