Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Subbed elevated feet ring pushups.

1st 10 mins: 11 rounds

2nd 10 mins: 8 rounds

+ 4 rounds of 20 sec on 10 off bike sprints


Results:
Subbed elevated feet ring pushups. Did 11 rounds in about 10 mins, then gym employee comes up to me and tells me it's a safety hazard to work out in sandals because of the dangers of falling weights
:crutch00:. I think a 45lb plate falling on my sandled feet would feel the same if I had running shoes on. Luckily house is nearby, grabbed running shoes, headed back to the gym for 8 more rounds in 10 mins. Definently felt a difference in my condition. Fun workout.
