IF anyone has any idea, from a practical perspective, upon performing full squats, beyond parallel, I am getting a lot of pain behind the knee when I ascend. I have excellent flexibility, stay on the heels, back arched, knees tracking but i still get this pain. Has a ligament been stretched? Physio has not remedied this nor has deep tissue massage.
any suggestions? see an orthopod?
