I had a question about his technique. It looks like to me that Jon leads his first pull with his hips (shoots them up) rather than keeping an even back angle from floor to knees. Is this the case? If so, is this ideal or OK in certain cases, or is this one of those technique things where the lifter is advanced enough that it's not worth messing them up trying to fix it?
