Well, fwiw, I took it easy my last couple workouts, and really worked on stretching out my legs before and after. Also spent more time rolling out than I previously did. The tendonitis pain is gone, entirely! Very happy with that, because I don't want to discontinue my workouts (and I also don't want to hurt myself..) I'm going to keep working on stretching out as much as possible before and after.. It's truly made a difference for me. Thought I'd share.
