Great workout! I was wrecked by the end. First DL workout so we started with warm up sets to work on form.
CFWU x3 (pushups instead of dips)
35# x5 DL
55# x5 DL
85# x5 DL

E - 85# DL 15# DB SP - 5:10
Could probably done more weight for the WOD sets but wanted to keep it sane to keep form good. Still a tough workout. Upper body is definitely my weakness. Too many years skiing and cycling competitively has left me with strong legs but no arms
E of course having been a competitive climber and now playing hockey is far more conditioned than I.
