I as well got a little question about the WOD
It took me 1:23.53' to complete it. Which make it quite more than the 45min( more or less), where your metabolism starts feeding on your muscle ( more or less) in order to get that energy.
Do you guys think it would be more efficient if I had scale murph a bit in order to make it fit into a 45min window?
Or does the muscular growth stimulation would compensate from the really little loss via the muscle feeding metabolism>?
