"I cross fit 4-5 times a week, do 3-4 hours of hiking a week, and usually 40 min of cardio (mountain biking/jogging) once a week. I also have a job that can be fairly active for a few hours a day& is outside in the heat."
1600 calories with this schedule? I would pass out.
