You're gonna look like you're ****ed at the stone and punishing it... you may as well cuss at the stone while you're doing this, just so people will have a coherent story to understand your behavior.
Jumping stone slams --- Jerry Hill's video (I think...??) on this is excellent. The point he makes is that in normal ball slams, it's difficult to really open the hips -- and people predictably do not. By doing a jumping
slam, you get much better posture and overall effect, with extra plyo / explosive effect.
