Began with a mile run and foam roller warm up. Main WOD was:
8 Front squats 165#
60 rope singles
I did additional squats with 195, 205, 215 and finished with 225#. Had my wife watch my form and she says that it was good and I could have probably lifted more....Maybe next time. This gave me an indication of my 1 RM.
Knocked out 4 sets of 20 KB cross chops, 10 KTE, 30 sec planks, and 10 Leg lifts. Stretched out and called it a night. Decent WOD.
