Please let's not talk about box jump injuries. Ouch.

My recent accident. Pic on the left is after five days of healing. Pic on the right is after around 10. This happened about a month ago.

My right leg still probably has a week of healing to go. The left leg got it bad though (deep) and probably has 2-3 weeks to go.

The accident was on a newly-built Games-style box; sharp, 90-degree edges which had not been rounded over at all. Very, very painful.

The red around the edges of the wounds is not medicine or treatment of any sort. It is redness from the wound.
