Guys,

We use a York GHD at our facility and love it.. I'm also a big guy (6'6") and have had no problem with the stability or with the split/rolling pad setup.

Thanks for the replies. Derek is right - I am using this answer to run an affiliate workout. I think I was overcomplicating it a bit with all the math .. :) Total pullups it is!
