I get bored easily. There are very few things that I'm really passionate about. Crossfit is NEVER boring. Aside from the obvious health benefits I just feel ready for anything life will throw at me....

Welcome! I'd say get crossfit journal 21, that will tell you what you need for diet. And check out the BrandX martial arts scaled WODs. Start light and ramp up the intensity over time. Enjoy the ride!

If its just a simple cold I try to stay active. I don't go hard for sure, but I don't see anything wrong with it as long as you're not REALLY sick.

I usually try to avoid laying down, i just sit. I really concentrate on my breathing and try not to come down to fast or too slow, then I just walk around for awhile and stretch until I'm cooled down.
