I used the powder mixers (protein shakes) when i was starting out and found (so long as you dont go overboard with them) that they make up for all those areas your diet (and life style) dont allow...

yeah, this should do it but I would throw in a bit of pasta as well. may be bit more cereal . . . this is all go fuel so you will do more once you are in the gym.

avoid neck injury

am revovering from a massive neck injury but am ok now . . . doesn anyone have any cool techniques for using free weights that will assist this going for ward ? for the record I destroyed my neck...

sounds nasty , hope you are all better and to 100% now. I did my neck in in much similar way but for a competition. Doctors are saying thats the competitive days over. .. hope you have better luck.

hes spot on. . .fish oil is good for memory and joints but not bulking up. stick to actual fish as its loaded with protein.

My reading taught me that circuit training ios the best as its the ebst way of ensuring each nussel group is targeted and help avoid that nagging sence that you need to work more on chest, or legs. ....

thats an easy one. . . just know your own limits and build on that slowly. u feel like ur gonna blow becuase you body is ordering u to stop oe at least slow down.

wo wo . . . start with the stretch man ! Im carry a really painful injury at the moment from NOT doing that. it should be at least 5 mins stretching first then warm up doing the other stuff.

I think I can help as I trained professionally for 4 years as a fitness instructor. firstly rule no. 1 donít do same mussel groups 2 days in a row. muscle tissue needs time to recover...
