Bingo. I assume the strength straps are more than enough if you're lifting sub 300 lbs. Also are you referring to the Rogue ones? Are they sturdy (hold up over time)?

For drills with a lot of lateral movement or Plyo type routines do I need a shoe that's still in the ankle to prevent my foot from rolling? Any recommendations?
