My understanding has been to count protein fat towards overall fat. This means each block should be 9g carbs, 7g protein, 3g fat. I think the 1.5g fat is just an estimation that can be pretty invalid...

Cardio is weak -- add it to warmup?

I've been doing the CFWU as suggested (3 reps of 10). My cardio seems pretty bad -- get tired really quickly and am very slow. Should I add a mile to my warmup and a mile to my cooldown on non cardio...

Wow I'm pretty sure I'm spending about $1000 a month..daily intake is roughly:

12 oz organic grapes - $2.50
18 oz baby carrots - $2
1 organic apple - $1.50
1 lb frozen vegetable bag - $4
7 oz...

I like having the structure that the Zone gives or else I tend to eat tons of random fruits and vegetables (anything that doesn't need preparation) all day.

I could go with .78 which would be 18...

Pullups hurting right forearm

After I finish a set of pullups my right forearm tends to be strained. A couple days ago it hurt quite a bit and continued to be strained for a couple days, especially when I twisted my arm.

My understanding: we increase our fat when we feel we need more energy. The blocks are based on a formula, so this is where our tweaking ability comes in.

I did see that video. He says normal CF'er is about 0.7-0.75 so I figured I'd round up to 0.8 since I was feeling hungry and typically play tennis about twice a week and walk a golf course at least...

Charlie,

The Zone chart is an approximation. I have about 6 oz of salmon each night, which has about 16g of fat so I don't use any other fat source for this meal.
